Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clnc - Roland Hall DVM

Once again In a emergency we had to put our beloved dog down. We were up since 4 AM. with our baby who we had for 14 years and and had planed to take her in when they opened. Our poor dog was in so much pain and trying to find a closer vet who would not see her until 9:00 am We called Bonners Ferry Veterinary clinic and they took her right away! Very supportive and compassion we will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys for your friendly service! Very satisfied Five Stars!!!

We have been customers/patients of Bonners Ferry Veterinary clinic for many years and feel like family when ever we go here. He is as quick as possible when we need a farm call. Dr. Hall loves cats and convinced me that my cat could be helped instead of put down. Blood tests and an exam discovered diabetes of all things. Due to excellent care, my Maine Coon cat is just fine and doing well. He has cared for our cats, dogs, cows, and horses with great care.

I traveled with my mom from libby to take her dogs to Dr.Hall to get shots and nails clipped. We put the first dog Marley on the table to get clipped and he started to flip out like he always does when he gets his nails clipped. My mom was going to hold him and he yells at his assistant to hold him while she yells something back at him. The Dr then took the dog to the back room and i could hear him tell the dog to stay down twice and then nothing. The assistant then asked if the dog was in shock. My mom walked back and saw her dog laying there not breathing. He tried to revive the dog but it was to late. He then told my mom that was the last time he would flip out like that again. Im not sure how marley died maybe a heart attack or maybe a broken neck but for just going in to get its nails clipped this was very unnecessary and disturbing.

worst vet I have had to talk to. we had a pig giving birth an had complications he told us to take her to the butcher he couldn't help!

HORRIBLE service! my cat suffered a head injury and was/is having really bad seizures and when I took her in he saw her having a seizure and said it wasn't a seizure, well it got worse like always and then he said ok thats a seizure then walked away! Today she was suppose to get new meds from Dr Hall but he took off at noon without writing her prescription, they wasted my whole day waiting for a response so now its to late to get her in anywhere else :-( and finally I had to call them for a third time and they told me to take her else where.. They have one really nice receptionist and one really mean one who suggested declawing and defanging my cat :-( They are NOT a humane practice and should not be trusted with your loved ones!!! After talking to experts I found out they made countless errors and didnt do what they should of and Dr Hall was zoned out for most of the first appointment and made my cat growl twice. Something she had nvr done before! Please use caution when considering this "vet" I was told not to go to him and I learned my lesson the hard way! Please learn from my mistake and take your furrbabies elsewhere! :-( :-( :-( :-(
