Sprinkler Master (Boise, ID)

I used their services for a sprinkler blowout. Matt was super professional. Since I had bought the house recently he took the time to show me where the valves were located, and showed me the gotchas when it comes to maintaining your sprinkler system.

We requested an estimate from Sprinkler Master. Duque came out and was very prompt and polite. He was extremely reasonable in what he recommended for my parents' sprinkler system. He had some great ideas on how to reduce yard maintenance and make the yard look cleaner. I look forward to working with him again.

Matt was very professional and gave advice for trimming areas to help with the sprinkler flow and he adjusted the heads I would recommend them for all my sprinkler needs and have used them for many years

We had a very small job that needed to be done and frankly I thought it might not be worth their time. The gave me a very reasonable bid and we are scheduled to have the work done. We will definitely use them again.

We had 3 different Sprinkler companies come out before Sprinkler Master & no one could figure out why our sprinklers would not work. Today, Sprinkler Master arrived, they very quickly figured out what was wrong & promptly fixed my whole front yard sprinkler system & my lawn is now being watered! Thank you so much to the amazing Technicians & their expertise. I will be recommending Sprinkler Master to everyone I know!

So disappointed with my service. Used them for sprinkler turn on. The initial appointment was fine - capable, on time tech did the job. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair the typical couple of sprinkler heads and drip lines that he tagged for repair, which I have always had done right with the turn on event. Not only did I have to schedule and pay for yet another service call for the repair, it was also clear it would be a different tech doing the repairs so I worried that the hand off of info on which areas needed which repair would fall to me. Not to worry, I was assured, pictures and descriptions of areas needing repair were carefully documented and in my file. So, on the followup appointment I scheduled for the repair part of the deal - I was immediately called to give a full report to the repair tech on what needed repair. No, he was not given any information on repairs needed. No, he had no access to “my file” - in fact, he was a contractor and didn’t even work for Sprinkler Master and had no access to their information. To the repair techs credit, he didn’t voucher the time he wandered around trying to rediscover what needed repair and eventually seems to have repaired everything, but when I let the owners of the company know my experience, they said they would check with the tech and get back to me, which they did not. Save yourself money, time and frustration and find a more full service and professional company.
