        They are highly over priced and do not back up their work. Paid them $400 11 months ago to fix my garage door. It only worked for 11 months. When I called them when it broke again they blamed the Brand of Garage Door opener I had. Mind you their technician did not recommend I update it 11 months ago. They wanted me to spend more money. Howard their technician for the Treasure Valley area is weird, not professional like regular subcontractors. He likes to talk about the problems more then fixing them. I just had another company come out today. They put in a new system-which should have been done in the first place. They gave me a 1 year warranty through their company and a five year manufacturer's warranty. I do not recommend Garage Door Medics to anyone!
