        The food was good, but not great. The sea bass was not flavorful, the pasta had way too many sun dried tomatoes, and the apple cobbler was not worth eating. It took an hour to get served.

        This restaurant was open on Christmas day. Had a wonderful meal and the service was great. All the amenities that you can expect without going overboard. The food was tremendous and they are not afraid to put food on plates. actually had to take some home.



        If there is a reason to go for upper scale service and food this is the place.



        5 stars is too low for this place but that is all that is available.

        The Cottonwood Grille creates contemporary American dishes handcrafted from the freshest local ingredients. Its prime beef comes directly from a local processing plant and it is aged in-house under the close supervision of Cottonwood s chef. The Grille s poultry is raised with a natural process and delivered the day after harvest. Its shellfish are grown off the floor of the sea, to eliminate the presence of grit and pollutants. This process makes for a clean, plump and healthy crustacean that can be delivered live, only hours after being pulled from the water. Menu items include Chilled Prawn Cocktail, Crispy Calamari, Fried Polenta, as well as Beef Stroganov, Braised Idaho Lamb Shank, Stuffed Prawn Florentine, Chicken and Gorgonzola Fettuccini, Pan Seared Idaho Trout and Jumbo Prawn Scampi.
