Boise Parks and Recreation Department is one of the divisions of the city of Boise. The department offers a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities. It offers adapted recreation, art center, performing arts, sports and fitness facilities, swimming pools and youth camps. The department offers dance and drama classes and its Rhythm Dogs offering combines a mix of theater, dance and music. It holds yearly summer musicals in partnership with the Boise Little Theater. The department also offers a variety of team and individual sports and fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities. Many partner organizations also provide sports programs for the department that is located in Boise, Idaho.
