If you expect your doctor to be professional enough to call your back or have someone call you back, this doctor is not for you.

If you expect your doctor's office to refill your prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time(and not have to call them 4+ times) this doctor is not for you.

If you want a clean, dust free, dander free (live cats, dogs, birds in office) enviroment for your health facility - this doctor is not for you.

If you want to wait in a lobby for an hour after your appointment and then sit in a room for an additional 15-45 minutes for a 5 minute follow up she gladly accepted your co-pay for then, by all means, I think you found a winner.

Dr. Susan Rodell is disrespectful, rude, and insulting! She is a poor excuse for a "Doctor"
