        One would expect quality service from a company like Smith and DeShields, but my experience with them has been anything but. I am a state licensed general contractor and used Smith and DeShields for the door fitting on my last penthouse re-model on N.Miami Bch. To facilitate them in getting my order correct I furnished them with an exact floor plan of my job showing doors and sizes and which direction they swing. After waiting 8 weeks for delivery of my order, some of the parts required were missing others were the wrong size. After complaining to them I was informed that the representative was no longer working for them. They assured me they would rectify my order but I would have to wait a further 8 weeks to have the new order delivered. When the new order arrived it was also wrong. I complained again. One thing I will say that they are extremely good at is apologizing. O sorry I forgot to mention, they are also very good at ignoring customers requests for return calls when the customer has a problem! All in all, my experience with Smith and DeShields.............. extremely negative

        Just a very negative store!!!From the sales dept. and the warehouse and shop!!!Store manager and shop manager are very ruded and disrespectful!!!!!
