Piamonte Boca Grill

Ordered breakfast, had it delivered by an inept deliveryman, who carried no change or money of his own. Once I found someone in the office with change, I gave him my money, only for him to say "I usually get a certain percentage for a tip." I tried to keep patient, and stated that possibly the bill was incorrect with it's total because I do accounting and added what I consider a fair tip. I told him that the receipt he gave me had no breakdown of expenses on it to ensure the correct total. He said, "do you have a menu to check? You want me to call them?" I said, "No, I'm straight, work it out with the company." Then turned around at the door, and asked if he could have the five single dollar bills for his five-dollar bill.

This same delivery person came the one other time we ordered here, and he came in eating half a sandwich, talking with his mouth full, dropping crumbs all over our carpet.



I then called the company and told her I wanted to run through the bill with her because it did not seem correct. She realized she charged me too much and apologized, but...after all this, we would never order from them again.



NOTE: be careful what you order, even if you are specific, they may get it FAR wrong.

-I asked for a turkey and swiss with onions on toasted english muffin with a tiny bit of mayo. It came with Mayo in between the english muffins, in between the turkey and swiss, and anywhere else you could get your hands on.
