I was there for 13 days, and I wouldn't put my dog here. It's actually quite a shame as the therapy program is great. But then it goes right down hill. The root of the problem is staffing. In addition to the fact that they never heard of the word team work. As a rule I received cold food and waited 45 mins or longer for care from a.CNA, when a nurse was readily available, but it wasn't the nurses "job" to perform the task. Just awful. The final straw was the social worker office that dropped the ball on my registration with the home health service upon departure and I lost almost a week of therapy as I had to set everything up myself. Just do your self a favor and do not use this facility.

I just came home after 4 weeks and I have to say that I got exceptional care at this facility. The nurses and aides were exceptional. They went above and beyond . The Pt and Ot at this facility was fantastic as well this whole team helped me with my recovery I am so happy I was there and highly recommend them. This place as a whole is awesome everyone that works there is wonderful !!!

I was there in the summer of 2013 for several weeks recovering from a fractured pelvis. During that time I grew fondly to appreciate the professional nurses, nurses assistants, physical therapists and other health care professionals that tended to my needs and helped me in my recovery. They really know what they are doing and have a subtle way of encouraging the patient to make the efforts needed for recovery. If I am ever in a similar situation that required their services, I would not hesitate to return there.

Not a good place to go. Nurses take forever to answer call bell, if at all and some are really mean and nasty when no one is paying attention.

Companies we need to be careful on who we hiring to work for us. Because your staff that you trust so much with your business may be bringing down your company by stealing your medication right under your eyes. This is a serious matter and you should investigate your staff on a regular basics. I know of staff members "Nurses" that is taking medication from the this wonderful company and will bring down the reputation of the company. I don't know what they are doing with this medication but I know that the medication is being taken. Pain medication and antibiotics is what is being stolen and please review missing medication from 2005 until now. Also the left over medication from the patience is being taking by the Nurses instead of given the full medication to the patience. Don't let them ruin your business do your investigation and then let those professional/ criminal be prosecuted, because this is what they are not professionals.



This is not a prank please do your investigation and you will reveal somethings that you didn't know was happening right under your eyes!!
