Save your money and realize that moving isn't cheap. They tell you one price and when they are done loading the truck! The price goes up. I moved with them. When my things arrived the boxes were crushed and smashed. Oh, did I tell you boxes were missing����
I've moved a lot and never had this happen. Don't use them.

Horrible Service !! Thiefs !! they doubled my price and took forever to deliver it. They gave me a price over the phone that was really cheap... cheaper than all the other prices I got. On the day of the move the price TRIPLED !!! yes, TRIPLED !!! UNREAL !!!!

The moving team was awesome; on time, professional, courteous, and proficient. Moving is stressful but they took the stress out of that part of the overall experience! Thank You!!

The price increased around one thousand in the pick up. They were very bad in the delivery, they told that I will receive my stuff between 3-7 days but I received it after 11 days.

This was the 3rd time I've used the service and, once again, I was very pleased with their work! In the past, my parents, siblings, and/or friends have helped me move and it always took a very long time, wasn't very efficient, and they broke my stuff, but each time I've used Dynamic Movers, the move has always been completely finished within 3 1/2 to 4 hours and I've never had anything break! I even told them I didn't really care about how some of my stuff was treated, and they still took great care in making sure that nothing happened to it! As far as I'm concerned, the financial cost involved in the service was worth every penny! Thanks very much! You guys are awesome! :D

Great moving experience .

Dynamic Movers made sure that my move was smooth and efficient. The moving crew they sent arrived on time to pack and load all of my things and they were able to work quickly and get the job done in a very timely manner, which I was very pleased about. They had great service and their prices were reasonable and competitive.

Just wanted to drop a thank you to Ben and the crew at Dynamic Movers for handling my mom's move from Boca. I was a little worried when it came to choosing a mover, but after a little research, I choose Dynamic. Ben was awesome to deal with. He made an appointment to meet me at my mom's apartment, and had the patience to deal with an elderly woman who has to downsize. He offer a Binding estimate, and on the day of the move, the crew, came in, looked around and reiterated the quote price. The delivery guys were just as great according to my mom, as they setup her new residence and didn't leave until she was happy. Kudos, Dynamic, for a job well done.

Horrific experience. Classic case of bait and switch. Quoted us $1500 less than what they ended up trying to charge us. Worst part is they destroyed most of our furniture. Dented 50"TV, broken baby swing, scratches and gouges on almost all furniture, and glasses/dishes broken. Owner was very nasty on the phone when asked about insurance claim. Do your self a favor and don't go with Dynamic Movers!



1 year and 8 months late (contacted DOT both US and Florida) and they still haven't paid us for our damaged items and now they won't return phone calls.

I chose Dynamic Movers to move my furniture from Florida to Houston. Apparently the company that has a good reputation is the one located in Ney York, not the one in Florida. We were told over the phone the day we called to set up the deal that it was going to take 7-10 business days to get our things in Houston. The day they went to pick them up at our house (July 31th) the manager (or owner I believe) said that it was actually up to 21 days starting from the day we were going to be in Houston (which sadly we were very honest, and told them that we were flying to Houston on August 9th) but that they will try to do it sooner. We called then on August 25nd (just a few days before the deadline) to check the status of the job and they said that there was a problem and we were going to receive our belongings by Sept. 1st or 2nd.

We received an email on Sept 2nd saying that they had loaded our belonging on August 31st and that they were on their way to Houston. Since we understand sometimes there are complications, or delays, or they need to fill more deliveries in the same truck, we didn’t call them until Sept 4th, and the manager very rude told me that we did not understand them, and it was supposed to be 21 “business days”, that means excluding holidays and weekends, and he “taught” me how to use a calendar, which I thought was hilarious. Although they really never said that before, he said that they have it in writing. The contract I have does not specify business days, but surprisingly it says 30 days from the pickup day. Based on the contract I have they have been so far late for 13 days. When I asked him to send me copy of the paper that says 21 business days, he said he didn’t have it, only the driver has that paper. When I asked to give me more precise information on when I was going to receive my things, he promised it was going to be less than one week.

Again, we waited for another week without calling them. Today is September 12th and I still have not received my furniture. I started school already and I don’t have my books, I don’t have my bed, or anything, and just a few clothing items that I took we me on a carryon to Houston. My husband and I are very frustrated. We called them again today, and they don’t get back to me. Alberto couldn’t help me and hang up, and the manager and driver do not pick up and have not returned my calls. PLEASE, I KNOW THIS IS A LONG REVIEW, WE ARE NICE PUBLICH HEALTH STUDENTS, AND I ADVISE YOU TO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I was in need of finding moving labor less than one week before I was to move, which i thought would be quite an impossible task, however,Dynamic Movers was not only able to locate a crew for me, but for the time frame that i desired. The individual that i spoke with made it clear as to what services they provide. My movers were early and very professional. They were able to load a three bedroom house into one truck. All of my items arrived at my destination intact and unharmed (including fragile items). I will definitely use this company for any future moving labor needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

High class moving service!

It was smooth move from Orlando to New Jersey and the foreman was quite professional and extremely courteous. He worked hard. His crews packed everything the same day and then installed all this on the truck. They covered few things in blankets to ensure safe shipping. All of our properties ended up in exactly the shape that it was picked up in and were delivered in only 2 days.

On Point and great price

These guys really saved the day. I mean I was dreading the thought of doing this move myself and I really didn't think I could afford a mover. I priced a bunch of different options including pods, rental trucks and unload they drive outfits and i must say Dynamic Movers made the move happen for about what it would have cost me to do it myself. Big shout out to Ricki for putting the logistics together and John for doing such a great job packing. Emanuel you are a true gentleman keep up the good work.

The price they quoted was exactly what I paid. They did a great job and answered all my dumb questions because I have never used a service in the past. I was blessed to find these guys last minute and will never move my own stuff again. They arrived on time. They protect all my items like they were there own and was very mindful of my cat. They crew that came out was very funny and cool. I will recommend these guys to all my friends. Thanks Dynamic Movers.

This company had terrible customer service. Late delivery date, damaged & missing goods with no follow up. Everything I was promised, was a lie.

This was such a terrible experience.

Knowing that there were so many scamming companies out there, I thought I found the perfect company when I ran into such a friendly gentlemen on the phone.

He promised me all of this wonderful stuff- I truly thought my move was going to go extremely smooth, which i was extremely wrong.



Not only did the movers show up two days before they were scheduled to, & they began loading my stuff (As I was in another state), but the guy I had been dealing with the entire time, was magically fired the day that my stuff was being loaded onto this truck and everything he had promised me was a complete lie. Of course, they had to charge more because I went over my "cubic feet" which is interesting since I had very little items. Even though they showed up early, and my stuff was not ready-- I thought that would just be a little bump in the road, THEN I was told my stuff could not be delivered on the day they had promised me for weeks on end, and they had no idea when they could actually deliver it. So, I sat in an empty apartment for two entire weeks while waiting for my items. THEN to top it off, I had chairs show up broken in half, dining room tables scratched completely because they were not wrapped and an entire missing box. This was delivered almost a month ago now and there is still no box. When I tried following up with them the e-mail they had been using to contact me magically stopped working. I have never dealt with a company that has been so rude on the phone to a customer, especially when they were in the wrong.

Everything was great with this company, starting with the customer service, price, crew and my delivery! Would recommend them to anyone moving out of FL. Made a decision and I am really happy I choose Dynamic Movers.

I received my delivery yesterday and I have to say that I am very happy with Dynamic Movers. will recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service and the movers are very professional. no damage, price was right and I hope I will not move again but if I will I know who to call. Thank you Dynamic.

After interviewing several companies in the area, both my husband and myself felt your honesty, which to us is the most important when you are choosing a move. The fact that I was able to email you whenever, or call your cell and you ALWAYS returned a call if you were unable to get answer my call immediately, in itself shows outstanding customer service. Our belonging arrived in New Jersey ahead of schedule, and the driver was in constant contact with me which also gave me a major comfort level. The employees you had pack up the house were also total professionals and took great care of all our items. I was also very impressed in the manner they packed the truck, and the care given to taking apart many items, putting screws and bolts in baggies and attaching them to the frame of our bed, the unbelievable care they took when they had to also disassemble our antique dining room table---just totally professional.



I cannot thank you enough for keeping ALL your promises, and your true honesty throughout this moving process.

Dynamic Movers was terrible. The first initial calls were great. They seemed to have great customer service. Rikki is awesome (the one that arranges the move) and everything went smoothly at the beginning. I went with them (against other reviews I came across) because of two things. The price and the time for move. They quoted me a price of $1200 to move from FL to UT in 14 days. I had just finished college and was starting a new job so I wanted to go with the closest to the cheapest I could find. Well, I gave them an exact total of the number of boxes and items that I had for the quote (my stuff was in a storage unit) and I measured each piece of furniture exactly. So when the movers showed up they seemed professional at first. Except they didn't have a copy of the contract for me stating the time of delivery, only the cost. When I asked for a copy they said they don't provide that to customers. Then as the move went on the main mover was very disrespectful. When I had told him that I did include the King Headboard on the initial list that it must have just not been put on his list, he freaked out at me saying that they have been doing this for 13 years and do not make mistakes. By the end, the cost was somehow $900 more than I had been quoted.



As I waited for delivery, I kept calling when it was close to 14 days so that could make sure that I was around. Well finally after calling 5-10 times with no return call from the "owner" Eyal (they nicely took a message each time), he got back to me and let me know that a move is actually 21 business days. Not 14 and that he had no idea where I had gotten that amount (I know that it was on the paper that I did not get a copy of because I showed it to my fiancee and was commenting about what the delivery date would be). Finally 18 business days had passed (and July 4 and 5th are considered Holidays) and my stuff had still not left FL. Keep in mind they were very difficult to get answers from this entire time. Finally my stuff left and I finally got ahold of them and they gave me a cell phone number and told me to "call this guy he has your stuff". It turned out to be a contracted driver and Dynamic Movers did not even arrange the delivery. They had me call some guys cell phone. It was terrible. It ended up being weeks late and they told me for every business day late then they would pay me $25 (again after many attempts at contact was I finally told this). Nevertheless, once my stuff arrived they haven't returned a single email or phone call.



So they seem great on the surface! And Rikki was great. But then once they hook you they have no customer service and are terrible to work with. And did not even match the quote given or the delivery time given. I do not reccommend this company! I haven't written a review in a very long time but since I do not get a refund for making such a bad choice I hope others follow this advice!!

I moved from Boca Raton to Santa Barbara, CA last week and I had a great experience with Dynamic. the movers were professional, fast and I received a reasonable price. Still waiting for delivery although I have been told that my items are on the way and I should receive them withing 5-6 days. Will keep posted. SO FAR SO GOOD! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving long distance! My sales representative was Ricki. She was great from the beginning.
