I recently moved to a whole new college after being stuck in a bad one for my last two years and Charter van lines made my first moving experience really simple and affordable. As a college student, this was at first a very daunting thought because I did not know the first thing about choosing a company, getting my belongings ready, or getting myself insured. These movers made everything all inclusive and all I had to do was speak to them over the phone a few times and they handled everything got there guys in got my belongings where it needed to be on time.

I have moved three times and I’m tired of moving belongings by myself. As it was a long distance move so I hired movers from Charter van lines. Their sales team was phenomenal. I knew what I was paying for before they got there, and it was very detailed as far as what I was involved in. I have never experienced such service before. I would recommend them for their good quality of service.

Before my big move, I had been pretty apprehensive about how stressful it would be - but Charter van lines made everything so much more streamlined than I ever thought possible! Right away, I was relieved to know that they would be there every step of the way to transport all of my belongings. I didn't have to go through the trouble of figuring things out on my own, and they were incredibly supportive, attentive, and reliable. All of my initial questions were answered, and throughout the transport process they took excellent care of all of my things. I especially appreciated how professional and helpful the movers were. I'm so glad I decided to use these guys, and I cannot imagine accomplishing a move like this any other way. I've already recommended them to my friends and family, and I'll definitely call them up if I ever need to relocate again.

The crews and the entire team Charter van lines gave me the superior support. I was moving to the city due to my job transfer. I had to simultaneously manage the last day office formality and relocation chores. They showed up and saved me from the upcoming hassles. They gave me the deal that I had to grab. Their helpers did it all by their own and I literally didn’t have to face any issues all through the time. It might not have been this better without their support. True movers indeed and I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend them.

Long distance moving can often be very crucial. Some friends suggested me to sell all my belongings before moving. I would have had to buy everything locally then. Thankfully there is one moving company who specializes in long distance moving. Charter van lines has been in business for long enough to transport your valuables to pretty much any corner within the USA. I hear they even have special arrangement for people moving to whichever state. The men who work there seemed very enthusiastic and they knew their jobs very well. And I also must add that their quote was the lowest!

We were moving into our new apartment and we hired Charter van lines for our move. I had heard about them before. But I didn’t know that they are so flexible and efficient. They offered me about 10 packages with different price ranges. I figured that more movers would result into more efficiency but they convinced me that wasn't the case. Finally we settled on 3 movers and the quote came down to a very reasonable amount. Our move went perfectly despite my worries. They quoted us very low which was surprising in the beginning but I soon learned that less movers equals to a lower price. The movers were very experienced so the move went perfectly. They wrapped everything with a great attitude and they were friendly to deal with. My wife was so happy see that all our belongings were delivered in perfect condition. Our moving date changed twice but they were okay with that. Flexibility is important when you're dealing with a long distance move. These guys provided me just that!

I was iffy about hiring a moving company. I knew most of them were completely inefficient and clearly I was in deep water. I chose to hire Charter van lines because they were well referred. They conducted my last move and were just fantastic. I have had many of my valuables broken in the past. But these movers performed a miracle when they delivered each and every item I own undamaged to my new house. The movers deserve all the credits. They were just very experienced in every aspect. They knew exactly how to do the job properly. I am so grateful to them.

As my posting was confirmed, I was hunting for a moderately priced, but efficient, moving company. Most people I talked to told me that Charter van lines is the way to go. I really didn’t know much about them. Their quote seemed reasonable enough. But the real proof of how good this company is came from their movers. These men were just machines. They worked tirelessly to pack everything from my 3-bedroom house. The loading process went very smoothly. I received my valuables at my new house right on the scheduled time. I think I got totally lucky with these guys. Or maybe they really are that good!

The problem with local movers is that they often are not experienced in coordinating long distance move. The whole experience with Charter van lines was excellent that’s why I was glad that we chose them. The price was competitive with everybody else. The communication was very good with the company. The movers were exactly on time. They were sharp and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with everyone.

I’m sure you have fallen into the traps moving companies set by promising you everything and then delivering nothing. You just had to learn to let go off your favorite things they lost or damaged. Fortunately, charter van lines didn’t cause me any of those traumas! Their movers were absolute rare finds. They were so respectful to all the old rusty furniture pieces I own. They very carefully transported them to my new house. The whole move didn’t even break my bank account which is always comforting. I suggest everyone to hire this company.

I hired Charter van lines couple of years back and their performance wasn’t up to the standard. They were still better than many others so I hired them again this time. I was amazed to see how much they have grown from that new and inexperienced phase. Their crew arrived on time just like before. The real improvement was in the way the movers worked. They were so fast and thorough. It took the guys almost no time to finish the packing-loading process. The same job would have taken me a month. The best part is that they still charge very low prices. I say go for them!

Worst experience ever! They quoted me 1/2 of what they ended up charging me and told me my stuff would arrive in 3-5 days. It's now been almost a month and I still don't have my belongings.

Charter van lines gave me an excellent service which was beyond my expectations and that is my main reason for leaving my positive feedback here. On the pros side, their crew was efficient and none of my things was broken or damaged in the end. On the cons side, the movers arrived 30 minutes late and they used a lot of packing materials. The movers were great and they helped me much. They were extra careful to disassemble some of the heavy furniture. They were friendly and talkative and worked with a smiling face. They had style and definitely lots of experience under the belt and delivered all the belongings properly.

Excellent company all around. I have used several moving companies in the past as we are a military family and there was ALWAYS an issue. Whether it be a huge disastrous delay on time or missing/broken items. The best part of this company is Rachel. She stayed after hours on several occasions to make sure everything got done on time. We have 3 children and many valuables/breakables. Not one thing arrived damaged and everything was performed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend!

I relocated last month with the help of Charter van lines. Their team operated a flawless move. I have never experienced such hard workers and trustworthy crews like them. The client is their main priority and I realized throughout the process. Their spontaneous and sincere work confirmed security of our all belongings. The movers from the company have been so efficient that I thought, they took care of my belongings more carefully then the way I could have done. They were always quick to keep contact with me. All I can say, they are great.

Please beware of this company. Hands down the most inefficient business I have ever worked with. Although this has 1 star, I give this company 0 out of 5 stars. I made the mistake to book the auto and home move together with this company.Once the booking is done then they will not do phone connection to sales agent and customer service team will handle. The customer service is very rude and will disconnect your call if u raise more questions.
The day of the scheduled pick up (which in fact - they talked me into doing this date), I called and was told the car is not scheduled to pick up and we may cancel the auto move but will keep the home move(Bez they have bumped up the home move and less price for auto move) .Last minute change without any information is horrible.NEVER, NEVER FALL FOR THEIR HIGH-PRESSURE SALES PITCHES AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

When they showed up on move day, they were all dressed very professionally. They were very polite, and as the estimator told me the price actually went down on move day because they did not use all of the packing materials. My items all arrived undamaged and they reassembled everything for me. Charter Van lines you went above and beyond! Thank you

I would definitely use Charter Van Lines again. They were great! From the first phone call to the actual moving day, they did everything they said they would and worked fast, and took great care of my things. The guys were super friendly and efficient. In spite of the bad weather, they kept smiling and made the day stress free for me. I would recommend them without hesitation and will call them for my next move.

Had a great experience working with Tim to set up the move and working with his team during the move. Tim was very responsive by e-mail and phone and he made sure that we were well informed with pricing and what was expected with the move. The movers arrived right on time and were extremely pleasant to work with; they handled huge, bulky loads without issue. I would definitely contact Charter Van Lines in the future.

The moving crew sent by Charter van lines during our last relocation arrived on-time according to what they promised. The whole team did a mind blowing job with my move. I am extremely happy and I’m thrilled! They sent a foreman and his two helpers to move me out of a one bedroom apartment. I was impressed with their positive attitudes. The crew worked steadily, efficiently and without complaints or bugging me about everything. The whole move went very smoothly and I knew my belongings were in good hands.
