- minus 4 stars .i suffered here 1 year about 12 months all together . they got me once and never again . its my fault for thinking the rent was actually $ 725.00 a month . the electric bills are the highest of any place I lived in florida. when I stayed there the crime was bad. the apt. next to me was robbed while she was at work. on the south side of the concrete wall is where the neighborhood gets even worst . no security cameras but plenty of 2 faced friends who rat you out to the manager if you do something wrong .the parking lot always flooded back then . finally repaired. the air condintor is in the ceiling and the drainage pipe goes outside the building and into the ground. when the pipe gets clogged with dirt the water goes back up the pipe and dripped out of the ceiling several times. I had to keep pots and buckets in the hallways several times. I called the corporate office many times and their advice was take us to court . the management is your friend until you got a problem and then I was verbally attacked more then once because I made complaints and wanted to get out of my lease .

If you have another choice, don't move here. Management is never available to answer calls. I have come home to find my food on the counter because maintenance had to come and replace a shelf in the fridge. I was not notified prior to this and lost my groceries. They weren't concerned. Corporate property manager is not concerned about issues either so good luck thinking you are going to get help. I went 11 months without a smoke detector. Furthermore my lease states that my unit is supposed to have a security system. Guess what? It doesn't and I am told that it isn't ever going to happen, but I however am being held to every rule of the lease. When I called corporate I was told I had a choice to live somewhere else. I think it's safe to say they don't care about you here. Oh, and if you like your car, best of luck. Lots of theft on catalytic converters here over the last year, one car stolen, and several broken into. Not the greatest for safety. And finally, don't sign your lease until you look over your apartment!
