#1 Ladies Cleaning Services

This company is TERRIBLE!! I paid $150 for 3 cleanings on Living Social and when I went to book the appts they made me do all 3 in January! Then, no one showed up the day of the appt!! Then, after repeated phone calls and messages, I got no response from the company!! Thank goodness Living Social stood behind their service and gave me a full refund. Avoid this company no matter how cheap you see "a deal" for their "services." Only gave it 1 star b/c it wouldn't let me do 0 stars!

If you bought this through Groupon for #1 Ladies Cleaning Service...contact Groupon - they stand behind any purchase. They refunded my purchase. I agree, they left a lot to be desired. The vacuum could not pick up any hair or dog fur off of the rugs. I had to vacuum after they left. How do you run a cleaning service with sub-par equipment?



After contacting the owner via email, she told me that unless I had purchased a whole house cleaning, #1 Ladies Cleaning Service does not offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. What the ???

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I bought a groupon deal and was told I could not set up an appointment for 2 weeks but not because they were over booked but because "regular paying customers" come first. I looked at their openings for "regular" customers and they were open all week! I told them I would pay extra for someone to come asap and they said they would call me back, never heard from them. A week later and several phone calls later she told me they wont come because they send different maids to the coupon holding customers; basically you get the crap maids. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she doesn't speak English then I was given an attitude and told that she was doing ME a favor by giving me a deal. Ummmm I am doing you a favor by giving you business! RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE company. never again.

This company was absolutely horrible. They broke my blinds in two rooms and broke the stand for my wireless router. Their cleaning skills are worse than mine. I constantly had to call and complain about the job. Since I bought it on Groupon I had four sessions. They refused to even give me my fourth session since I "had too many problems". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
