Stout, Jim & Virginia

Took a fish to jim March of 2014 and it wasnt ready for pick up until October so when I pick that one up I drop two more off thinking it would be at least seven to eight months again but this time in only 2 months i get a call saying they are ready.not having all the money to pick both up i took him 240$ cash to get one and told h8m i would be back in a few weeks to get the other.well when i came back for the othere fish i gave him a credit card to run the remaining 210 dollars i owed him.he said it would be a 5% fee for the card and i was ok with that and was told the total was 224.67. Thinking right off the bat that 1467 was more than 5 percent on 200 and $10 I let it go until the next morning when I check my balance and he had debited out of my account 330 dollars when I contacted him the next morning he tried to say that I only gave him a hundred and forty four the first fish even though he let me have it and that I owed him 300 and $10 when he told me straight to my face the night before that he debited 224 dollars out of my account on top of that I never received a receipt or signed a thing saying that I agreed to that amount.
