dont go for a state inspection unless you are bringing a bran new car straight from the car lot,my vehicle is totally safe and was rejected for its looks stay away if your a average guy trying to make ends meet without a pile of money

VERY HONEST TECHS SAVED ME 1000.00 AT LEAST. OTHER GARAGE IN AREA TRYED TO PUT THE WHAMMY TO ME BUT THANK GOD HOMETOWN DIDNT. WILL HAVE MY FAMILYS BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

I took my car in there for the first time a few weeks ago, the garage manager was awsome to help and answer any questions. Very nice and polite! I will keep going there!!

I have been going to this garage since it has been opened I have always had vey good service at hometown service center The manager and garage manger has always been helpeful in my needs of car repair and upkeep. The sevice techs are the best in Bluefield Va and WV.. I recommend this garage to all my friends and family.. THANK YOU HOMETOWN SERVICE CENTER FOR YOUR HELP !!!!!!!

When This place opened a few years ago, they were very helpful and polite. Seems times change because in the last year or so their service is HORRIBLE. They told me that a simple oil change would take 4 days with attitude and no reason explained. You take your car in for inspection and they give you all kinds of excuses why it will not pass, i.e. Tires are low on air. I requested they fill the tires up with air and tell me they can't because the compressor is in use. HULLO. They are going downhill or something but I'm not taking my business to them anymore.
