I have been doing business with Richard's Automotive for years. They have always done me right, yes I have had to take my car back to get it worked on again, from time to time, but they always make it right. He has always stood behind his work for me. I love how fast they can get your car back to you, he doesn't fool around, get on the ball, I recommend this place highly.

I have been going to Richards Automotive for 30 years and have no complaints so far. He has always took care of my families and my Auto repair needs.

Most HORRIBLE experience with a mechanic ever! This is the prototypical crooked mechanic. My car was not fixed after multiple attempts which I had to pay for. When I asked for my money back I was told to leave by Richard himself. He came out from behind the counter, opened the door, and demanded me to leave. I was also told by Richard that I didn't deserve to know what was wrong with my car!!! The prices were also ridiculous. There are way too many other mechanics out there who have better reviews than this place.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! To make a long story short, my vehicle was not repaired correctly. After my third time bringing in my vehicle I decided to politely ask for a refund for the labor. Yeah, that went over really well. Richard came out from around the counter, slung open the door and told me to get out. He literally wouldn't even talk to me. I called back later and threatened legal action and was told by Richard that he knew my vehicle was not repaired, and he knew exactly what was wrong with it, but I didn't deserve to know what he knew. After asking around I discovered that they seem to keep people coming back over and over and over for the same issues and keep rebilling them. They appeared at first to be cheaper, but my issues were not being fixed. After I posted some negative online reviews other people began posting positive ones. People who claim to be close personal friends. This place is ONE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We brought a car in we where thinking about buying, they took the time to give it a once over and a test drive and offer advice. Very nice people and cool vintage clean well organized shop.

I have been a long time customer since approximately 2006. It all started with 3 bids 1) 2200.00 bid from Kia for stuff I didn't even need 2) 1800.00 from another small shop for 1 thing I didn't need 3) Richard's bid at 804.00.



I usually call in advance and ask for potential costs over phone-very knowledgeable and quick to respond (on the same conversation).



In several cases he has gone above board and beyond getting a better price for something needed that required searching for the part that was not readily available.



In addition, all but one time did I have to have an appointment because he was overloaded with work. Any other time I go based on my convenience. For example: I might say, "How long will that take?" (since I have to sit at the shop the whole time)-- For example: He states, "4 hours with 2 of my mechanics."



So all in all, Richard's Automotive works with the customer's needs 100 percent.
