2 Day Nails

If I could rate this salon with -5 stars I would. I took my 15 year old daughter here for a refill and not only are her nails lumpy and uneven, we asked for a specific style and he completely deregarded what she wanted, did what HE wanted and the look horrible! Then when I spoke up and said that's not even close to what she wanted or asked for he started screaming at me and my 15 yr old daughter instead of trying to please his customer. When I asked him to remove the crappy design because it wasn't what she wants he refused then he tried to charge me more while continuing to scream. This was an all around horrible establishment and I strongly urge anybody and everybody to go somewhere else. If your going to pay that much money for nails u should be treated with respect and should leave feeling good about the finished product. I will say the 2 girls that work there were very sweet and tried to make up for his bad behavior by apologizing.

I am surprised to read the review below because I have been a loyal customer for 2 day nails for the last three years. They treat their customers well and they do an excellent job with my nails. I will recommend this shop!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!

Terrible service, Grace and Howard are unprofessional, rude and do not know how to run a business! They have a problem with customer service and time management and are even rude to their own employees. I was a regular customer and after today will NEVER go back.

NOT ONLY THE CLEANEST SALON...BUT IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A QUEEN, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU...HOWARD AND GRACE ARE WONDERFUL!!! THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS LIKE ROYALTY...WISH ALL BUSINESSES WERE LIKE THIS!!! DON'T MISS A GEL PEDICURE WITH HANNAH...IT IS LIKE HEAVEN!!!! I AM MOVING IN OCTOBER AND I DON'T THINK I'LL EVER FIND A SALON LIKE THIS AGAIN...THEY ARE ONE OF A KIND AND WILL BE MISSED...

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY THIS SALON...YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED...AND THE WAIT IS NEVER MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES...EVEN FOR WALK-INS!!!!
