I do like the home we purchased, but our home inspector did find several issues that the builder did address. Basically, the contractors cut corners and performed lower quality work, like not running the flashing on the side of the house over the brick and other things like that. They also DID NOT follow the plans they submitted to the city and built 2 escape windows in the basement. They installed the sump pump on the wrong side of the house and told us they would take care of the install because of their mistake. I was forced to fix it after several months of David Gans avoiding my calls. If I were to buy from them again, I wouldn't. They even offered a warranty on the house, but you can't get them to repair anything, so the warranty is worthless.

Greetings, I am a Winnick home owner since 2007. About 2 years ago, the step on my porch started cracking. I had a contractor take a look and they referred me back to the builder. I called the builder (twice now) and they are horrible. The man I spoke with was rude and condescending. He kept calling me " dear." Very dismissive. I have no hope of any resolution. All I wanted is the name of the brick work company. I guess the male I spoke with doesn't understand women actually buy, sell and talk to other persons that look to get advice about major purchases. Not the same company experience from 2007 to now.
