Had to have my car towed by them, tower needed to get in my trunk which I told him to hold on because you couldn't get in through the outside hand had to crawl in through the back and unhook the latch being a 3 door hatchback, didn't listen and ripped the garnish off and just said to tape it with black duct tape (on a silver car) and to just paint over the tape. Confronted the owner and he acted like it wasn't his concern and just walked away. Also after telling the driver multiple times it was going to the Toyota dealership both by myself and father, he still took it to the wrong dealership (Honda), and used exteremyly foul language. Very poor customer service, do not recommend.

These people are ok just needs to show a little bit on spirt.
