        As a local lender, sometimes we end up needing things YESTERDAY :) I feel I can rely on Roy. After several failed attempts to have sellers do a water test on time, I ended up calling Roy. He was quick and efficient and helped me close a file before contract date. Thank you ROY for your quick response and for your service in the Military. Will be sending you more business for sure!

        Roy, was great to work with. He was very thourough in his inspection and walked us through everything. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what things he couldn't do. He also gave us good tips on fixing things that were minor more cosmetic issues.
