If I had rated this place yesterday, I would have given them 4 stars. However as of today, I will no longer be a customer at this establishment.



I have only been back in town for 2 and a half weeks. I thought that I would would try XII Stones for my coffee. I always order the exact same thing for my drink no matter where I go for coffee. A 20 oz Ice Breve Latte (breve meaning that the drink is made with half and half instead of milk) with half a cup of Ice. I have been to this shop 5 times in the last 2 weeks. I have had good service from the younger girls that work there. The lady that has helped me the last 2 times was larger and a bit older mid to late 30's. Unpleasant and unfriendly is the only way I can describe her.



NE Ways back to my experiance. I order my drink and on the Menu is says my drink is $4.80 comes out to just a little over $5 for the drink. This is a bit expensive for this drink but I have paid it and still gone back because I beleive in supporting your local business. I can and do get the exact same drink in Pokey for between $3.50 and $4.00. I ordered my drink and the lady did the strangest thing, she filled the cup just a little under half way with my drink. She then dumped the drink with out Ice into a blender. I asked her what she was doing as this is not how you make this drink. She stated that she was whipping the drink to make it look more full. I was like whatever. She hands me my drink and starts to ring it up and tells me we are going to be charging you more for your drink than you are used to. She rings it up at like $6.05 then adds tax the drink comes out to $6.57. Keep in mind, the menu still says 4.80, she did not tell me that she was going ring it up for more before she made the drink so here I am feeling obligated to pay for a drink she made that nearly cost $7.00. There was no explaination of this other than the owner wanted to charge more for the drink.



Since I am opinionated and have a large mouth and talk to many many people, I will be telling everyone of my experiance. Don't go here because you are not important, you are not made to feel welcome and they change thier prices without notice or changing them on the menu.



Shame on you XII Stones and shame on the owner for not respecting his customers. Since this place is inside the Chevron and owned by the same person I will not use the store or their gas ever again, which I fill up almost every 2 days there.
