Business Disputes
It may sound obvious though it is important to mention that many South Carolina legal issues are time sensitive either by law or out of convenience for the parties involved. Practice areas such as probate, contract disputes, personal injury, family law, employment, construction, and real estate, just to name a few, all have various deadlines that must be met in order to ensure your rights are protected. These issues are where it is important to have an experienced South Carolina attorney on your side.
If you are injured on the job, you may be entitled to receive wages and medical benefits as the result of your injury. This may sound simple, however, the law of workers compensation is complicated. We are prepared to assist you by filing your claim and representing you before the Workers Compensation Commission.

If you are like most people, you think social security is strictly a retirement program. Although most of the beneficiaries receive retirement benefits, many others receive social security because they are disabled. If you are a working person and can no longer work because of an illness or injury, you may be eligible for disability benefits.
