I could not even get past the phone operator. After having to leave a message and waiting 6 hours. I had to keep calling back until I finally got to talk to operator{ who was rude, smart-mouthed]She told me I would have to get a doctor to give me a referral before I could get an appointment. She let me know how annoyed she was that I dared to call her back and was wasting her time. I do not care how good Dr. Siegel is I would never see a doctor that lets their office staff mistreat patience like her staff does and if she doesn't know about it, then I hope she reads this review, soon. It's a shame Dr. Siegel herself has a very good reputation as a wonderful doctor.
