        Hot water was a continuous issue....our room didn't have hot water every night, and one day the entire hotel was running cold due to a mechanical issue. There was a concert across the street and people came stumbling in the hotel late at night...because of the way the building is built, allt he sounds traveled up, we were on the 15th floor and were woken up at 1am due to yelling couples. The pool is lovely, it is a pretty hotel - but if you wake up at the slightest noise....this might be a problem here.

        Great Stay

        My Husband and I loved this place close to 5 point south where there are lots to do rooms were really nice and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever been in. The Staff was 5 star most helpful and friendly I have ever seen.

        Sweet Dreams

        I love the beds at the Sheraton. They are sooo soft and I sleep better there than I do at home. It's the only place I stay when I'm in Birmingham.
