Michael Sides is the bomb dot com. He was very personable and great at making conversation without making me feel uncomfortable or like he was "upselling." After we talked about the different options I was interested in, he selected a few vehicles that met my criteria and let me take them for a spin. When we were inside the office, he was courteous and offered to get me water, coffee, and even snacks out of the vending machine if I wanted them. He was also very thorough in making sure I got the best price and a payment plan that fit my budget. Altogether, I spent about three hours at the dealership and was happy with every detail. Gave me my first car. I love it. If you don't go to see Bost Miller you're not doing it right. Very straightforward and to the point.

Bought 4 vehicles from this place. Treated like a criminal by manager, service dept, and even the secretary that answers the phone. "Camel's Back" was when I purchased a new vehicle at full price...discovered the spare tire was missing...and they refused to replace it. Most recently took my Highlander to have tailgate motor repaired. They said nothing was wrong with it (after 2 days of no car). I ordered the motor and fixed it myself. (Toyota recall folks reimbursed me for this fix...not Serra Toyota.) During those 2 days, someone walked off with my GPS that was in the vehicle. Cannot prove it.

Many more (small) irritating dealings with Serra Toyota...too many to list.
Bottom line - I drove from Birmingham to Jasper to buy my next 2 Toyota vehicles. Much easier to deal with Crump in Jasper
and nobody was rude or disrespectful...and all the parts came with each vehicle.

Great overall experience! Exceptional staff, clean facility and extremely organized. Lani Love was my salesman and she was very kind and diligent with helping me find the perfect car. Serra is a great dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was hesitant to drive almost two hours to shop for a 4Runner. I’m so glad I did! Our experience was really good today. It was my first time leasing a car. Ethan did a great job and made the experience as stress free as posible. We’re very happy with the deal we got.

Had an air conditioner go out in my new Tacoma covered by warranty. Even with the hottest temperatures and offering of a courtesy vehicle, daily communication and checkpoints made from Hunter on how things were coming with the part we needed on back order. The Service staff from Dennis to Hunter to all who see me in and out for my regular service and maintenance schedules are the highest version of courteous and professional. Customer centric folks!
