THE OWNER COMMITS CREDIT CARD FRAUD.



The food is expensive. They charge way more than the food is worth. The main purpose of this review is to make others aware of the fraudulent activity of the business owner.

There were no servers so I was served by the restaurant owner. Overall, the experience was horrible. The owner wasn't welcoming. As another reviewer mentioned, he charged us water without informing us first. I asked him why I was charged for water. His rude response was "I bought it!"

After eating, I paid for my meal, filled out the credit card receipt (including the lines for tip, total and my signature) and left.

I found out a few days later, that he decided to steal from me and add his own additional tip to my bill! My bank statement showed that he charged me $4 extra!! I clearly wrote $19.59 on the credit card slip. My bank statement showed that he charged me $23.50. This is completely unacceptable, especially from the owner of an establishment.

**Just be aware this restaurant is owned by an individual that commits credit card fraud.**

Seoul Restaurant is as good as it gets outside of Seoul, Korea. What Seoul lacks in ambience it makes up in varience of exciting flavorful dishes. The soups are packed with flavor that would excite any palate while being comfort food you couldn't make at home. the korean bbq and bulgogi is so good my sisters have me fly it in to chicago with me when i come. And you also get around 10 little interesting side dishes to taste free with your meal. Great place for a food adventure without the foo-foo stuff. large portions and priced for your budjet. Birmingham come on and break out of your comfort-zone. you'll be glad you did.
