This company is everywhere we dine. They are always courteous and helpful. Last week during the pouring rain storm they not only helped with assisting the car full of elderly women with umbrellas to the front door of restaurant in car in front of us they assisted us too. As we left they were pleasant (as always) and had a rag to wipe off any water on our seats….again it was really raining.

Poor excuse for a baker service. Tonight I tried to valet my truck at Ocean Restuarant in birmingham. The valet got in my truck and no sooner than I had stepped on the curb he burned the tires out in front of me. The truck is a turbo diesel so it take a bit of a heavy foot to do this. I immediately requested the truck back from another valet attendant. The worker, Brad, returned the truck and waited for a tip, mind you he had never even gotten out of the truck before he returned it. I asked why/what he was thinking peeling out in front of me and his response was, " I wanted to see how much power it had." Horrible service for a nice Restuarant. My company will no longer park a vehicle as long as they are working the valet.

I've used these guys all over Bham. My wife decided we needed valet at a party at our home so of course we called Safeguard. We figured these guys were the best at parking and they lived up to it. 3 Valets showed up 1 hr prior to our party to get set up and to figure out their plan of action. Many of our guests complimented on the guys and some actually have used for parties since. Don't know what the other review us about but these guys are great everywhere. And if their service was bad do you really think they'd be at Bottega.

Unfortunetely, we have used this company and anywhere they provide service for the last time.

We see the Safegaurd name at many restaurants we frequint. We had a small dinner for a few physicians at Bottega. As we left, we had to wait 30 minutes, as per normal for a valet attendant to get to us. Then, as per normal, they couldnt find our key. This is the 3rd time this has happened with this company. We will not go to a place where we spend more time dealing with incompetent valet workers than we did at dinner.
