Republic Parking

My son is a kidney transplant recipient and has been having medical problems lately. On May 20, we arrived at the parking garage for him to go up and get his CAT scan scheduled for 7:15 a.m. The young lady who was your attendent at the parking garage, Kaylin Skelton (spelling?) was so personable and kind it just made our day. She expressed concern about my son's health and was so helpful. We had to come back for a 3:00 appointment and Ms Kaylin was still there. We had taken down our pass from the window and she said to us, "Weren't you here earlier?" We replied yes and she said, "If you have your pass I gave you this morning, it is still good". Then she explained that many patients have to leave and come back. In our opinion, if you could copy this young lady's personality and give it to all of your employees, you would have the best parking business in the country. SHE WAS AMAZING and needs to receive Employee of the Year or at least a GREAT JOB BUTTON, Scott and Donna Theiss
