        Came over to repair a washer that was making a noise, barely looked at it for 15min, told me it would cost $1,500.00 to fix it, charged me $99 for a diagnostic fee. I work long hours and we have kids, can't go without a washer, so I went out and bought a new washer. When the weekend came, I decided to look at the washer and all it was, was a credit card stuck on the drum. They better refund my $99 or I'm suing. Very unqualified and lazy worker.

        Read through reviews before you call! I wish I had! Common theme- OVERPRICED! Quoted me over $450 to repair heating element in dryer. I thought that was too high so I paid diagnostic fee of $99 and decided to call around. 1st company I called said “No way, that’s outrageous”- looked up my dryer and said $263 for service, repair, and part. I called back to see if they could match the quote and haven’t heard back.
