My daughter went to have her hair colored. She has blonde hair that darkens in the winter. She wanted her hair to look natural. When she came home, it was dark on the bottom (almost green) and red on the crown and front. It was so horrible, she refused to go to school the next day. I immediately called and left a message. My phone call wasn’t returned until 10:30 which the manager said she would get back with me. It looked so horrible and my daughter was afraid to let them do anything else to it (it was green and red like a Christmas tree) we decided to let another salon fix it. I ask the refund our money but they refused when they finally called me back several hours later. Beware.

I visited this salon on two separate occasions and both times was less than pleased..I will say the staff is friendly for the most part however the services I had done left me very discouraged. The first visit was for color and unfortunately after completed.. I looked the same as when I walked in..the second service was just a simple shampoo/blowout...my hair was so greasy feeling from all the product used..I had to come home and rewash...I feel like the prices are very high especially when you aren't happy when leaving..I wish anyone else better luck.
