McCown, Andrew, MD

I had Dr. McCown as a Pedestrian for both my children & we have always had a wonderful experience with him & his staff! With my first born I had a different Pedestrian lined up & she didn't even bother to come to the hospital & when he was about 2 weeks old I had to call the nurse on duty with a problem he was having & she was very rude & told me not to call unless it was an emergency! On top of that she had the nerve to charge me! The next day the doctors office called me & apologized for her behavior & that she had been reprehended for it but she didn't bother to call & apologize! So I asked a friend who she used & that's how I began seeing Dr. McCown & it's been great ever since the 20 years we saw him. He even came to St. Vincent just to check on my 2nd child even though all his other patients used Brookwood! When I had to call after hours he would call me back & all problems were never considered to small to him! Allison M Romano
