You will never wait less than an hour in the waiting room for him (Koslin) to spend no more than 45 seconds with you. After waiting over an hour for just a simple post-op, my daughter started crying and he told me I needed to keep her quiet. I have had 5 surgeries with him, hopefully I will not have to have another, but if so I will not be going back there. He books far too many patients in one slot. Other than Dr. Koslin, his staff is great and I feel bad for what they have to put up with.

If you are with dr. Koslin then I agree with the other review...he hates to be asked questions and the care you are receiving and you can tell. I had a procedure done and the only info I could get was from the nurse. He acts like I'm wasting his time trying to know what he's going to do and I am the one paying him. Patients have the right to know what is done to them and he acts like he doesn't want to answer the simplest question.

Dr. Kahn is a very intelligent doctor. I'd say that his surgery scheduler has horrible customer service issues (Melissa). I've never seen such. She almost turned me away from him. I feel like I am bothering them every time I call. Hardly any insurance companies cover TMJ disorder therapies so get ready to pay big $$ if you decide to use them. It's a shame that insurance won't even cover injections.

In the professional aspect, these guys are the best of the best. I have had several surgeries with them and have on more to go. Rehab is always short, and I am always back on my feet within a matter of days. However, their interpersonal skills suck. They are interested in things going on their clock, and seem annoyed if you ask a multitude of questions. So it is very much a give and take. Definitely go to these guys for the best surgery available, but do not expect the friendliest of service if you are slightly "needy".

Dr. Koslin is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. I needed help with TMJ problems and he helped me when no one else could. He and his staff are some of the nicest that I have ever met. I always recommend Dr. Koslin, he's the BEST!

Dr. Koslin solved my problems with TMJ. In fact he had to do it 2 more times after I had complications following a cervical surgery. He is very patient, kind, skillful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his staff above anyone else!
