I HATE THE FACT I EVER BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR FROM HENDRICKS BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HAD MY CAR FOR A GOOD TWO WEEKS AND IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BRAND NEW 2015 CAMARO. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER TO RETURN IT BECAUSE OF THESE PROBLEMS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT TAKE IT AND THAT IT DIDNT MATTER IF I HAD MY CAR A DAY OR TWO THAT THEY REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK SO THE SECOND WEEK I BRUNG IT BACK TO THE DEALER THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND THE DEALER ONCE I GOT TO WHERE I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE I SHOWED THEM VIDEOS AND PICS OF THE THINGS THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR THEY DID NOT DO A DIGNOSTIC TEST ON IT THEY SAID FROM LOOKING AT MY CAR THAT THEY DIDNT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT. I AM VERY ANGRY I HATE I EVER BROUGHT A CAR FROM THEM I TRIED TO GET INCONTACT WITH MY SALESMAN FROM THE DAY I GOT MY CAR STILL TO THIS HE HAS NOT YET TO RETURNING ANY OF MY CALLS. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALER. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A BROKEN NEW CAR THAT THEY REFUSE TO RUN A DIGNOSTICS TEST ON OR TO TAKE IT BACK. SO THEREFORE I ABSOLUTELY HATE HENDRICKS CAR DEALERSHIP IN HOOVER AL

From the time I stepped on the lot there was a sales person there if I need to ask him anything about any vehicle. there was no press to buy anything just a fun time joking around and sharing experiences with cars. High recommend you check this place out. Even when I was buying a ford they still helped out more then most other places.
