        I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Russell, he actually listened to me and what my issues where, and he offered every service I needed in one location!!! from top notch care to dry needling my muscle tissue!!!! as an athlete he really took the time to work on my actual structure to prevent further issues that could arise later in my lifting career , Dr. Russell being an avid bodybuilder knows the human body and biomechanics for a fast and effective program... trust me this is a one stop shop for all your needs!!!!
