We use Dr. Irons and we love her! She is so patient with my kids and the staff there is so friendly and helpful!

Beware! If you have moved from another state and need a pediatrician for your 6 yr old, they won't accept you as a new patient! But they will accept newborns! That's just ridiculous.

They really dont deserve this star. Dr office calls and drops my kids as his patients. Unprofessional! They would rather you not ask questions and accept things! Find another Dr. Office!!

Dr Whitaker is a wonderful doctor he takes time, answers all questions and always has a good manner with our children.

We have used Greenvale for many, many years. Our oldest went until she was almost 22 years old. Dr. David Glasgow has always been our primary and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! He is very patient, will sit with you and answer any questions and always puts your child at ease. He really is a wonderful and caring doctor! He also always knows his stuff, very good dr.!!

I absolutely would not recommend Greenvale Pediatrics. I have had several bad experiences, especially with Dr. Waldo. He has been extremely rough when examining my young infant and was rude and unprofessional to both me and my husband on two separate occasions. If you're job is to deal with the care of children you would think one would be caring and professional. Not the case here.

Dr. Waldo has been my children's pediatrician for over 10 years. He is very professional and his staff works very well with us to meet our needs. He has referred us to specialist on occasions and we have been happy with the results. My children adore him and his bow ties. My daughter is now 19 and was thrilled when he recently told her that she can stay with him, as her primary, until she is 21. I highly recommend Dr. Waldo.

My children were patients of Greenvale Pediatrics for 3 years. Most of the doctors, with the exception of Dr. Whitaker, prefer for you to stay quiet and not to ask any questions. They like to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Your child is a chart number to the staff, not a person. If you forget your child’s chart number, you will be greeted with a scolding or huff. As if to let you know that you have just made someone do a little more work than they really wanted to. You better hope your child is not ill on the day that your doctor is not in; this too makes someone do more work than they want.



At first I thought all of this was just me, maybe they didn’t like me. My husband, my mother and a few of other mothers I have spoken to, have experienced the same issues.



My child had multiple ear infections, digestion problems, and asthma. After going and getting put on this anti biotic and that one, and nothing seeming to work, I decided enough was enough. None of the issues had been solved and none of my questions were answered. I felt like my children were not important to them at all.



We changed to Growing Up Pediatrics. On our first visit, everything was solved. Questions answered, specialist appointments made. The doctors always have time for you and your child. You are never rushed in or rushed out!
