Excel Used Cars

I am an Army veteran and this place STILL took advantage of me. I took my 98 Lincoln town car here to have a motor installed for $1195 inclusive and a 5 day installation time. First he had 8 different mechanics working on my car and it took then three months to do the job. I had actually paid the owner $1000 down (thought I'd get presidential treatment) and he took three months to complete it. I had to call him almost daily bc he will NOT call & update u. Finally when he was finished I drove away after signing a contract for the remaining $195 thinking all was well. One month later my airbag suspension TOTALLY failed bc one of the many mechanics did not turn the switch off in the trunk. Now I have an ok motor and no shocks and he STILL wants $195. If u don't want your hard earned money STOLEN or your ONLY mode of transportation destroyed then PLEASE find a different mechanic. This place is nothing but a scam.
