        very unhappy

        We have now been using Cooks since September 2009. We called them because of waterbugs outside. Now we have bugs inside. Have to call them back on a regular basis to repeat service and the guy only sprays one place downstairs, one upstairs and a couple of places outside. Very unhappy with the service. They tell me it's because it's raining, or too dry, or cold or hot, whatever the season. But of course we can't cancel the contract till our year is up. Definitely won't use Cooks again. I had less bugs before Cooks!!
