I was told upon making my appointment that my insurance , tri-care prime was accepted, again at the date of the appointment I was told the same. About a week after my appointment I recieved a bill in the mail, stating that I owed them for the visit. When I called the office, and spoke with kathy, I was then told that they only except tricare standard, and that I must have heard them incorrectly. She could not tell me who made the appointment , or who checked me in, imagine that! So, I was stuck paying the bill. Kathy was extremely rude, and did not care that I was told they did expect tri-care prime. she totally covered for whoever it was in her office that had given me the wrong information. Needless to say, I will never return to the office and I will never forget being so wronged. Why in the world would I have been seen there and paid out of pocket when I could have went somewhere and had it paid in full. Bad business, and Kathy, I pray that karma bites you back.
