Cajun Steamer Trussville

A cajun restaurant should care more about their etoufee than their sports bar. This one missed the boat but caught the craze. They seem to do OK with locals who haven't had better. Sorry, once was enough to make up my mind. Can do much better myself!

I've visited here several times and really have enjoyed it! I'm not a big fan of seafood so I've had the red beans and rice and the jambalya, both of which were fantastic. The service is always great. There was a minor problem with one of our dishes and the manager personally came out, apoligized, fixed the problem, AND didn't charge us for the dish. It's hard to find a restraunt that cares that much anymore! So all together, it's a great place with great service at a decent price.
