We had 2 company vehicles needing glass on the same day. We called in the morning, showed up two hours later, and both vehicles were done quickly and when promised. This was important for us because we need these vehicles on the road to make money. The girls up front, the manager, and the technicians were all very friendly and professional.

They replaced the windshield in my SUV but there was a lot of windnoise coming from it afterwords. I took it back to them, and they SAID they fixed it, but told me I needed to keep the tape on the top of the windshield for 36hrs. While the tape was on the windshield, I could no longer hear the noise, but once I removed the tape, there it was again. I guess all they did was put tape on it. Did they think i was going to leave that ugly blue tape on my vehicle forever?

They should have done the job right the first time, and certainly fixed the wind issue on the second visit. They'll not get a third chance from me.

But what more do you expect from a business that puts a notice on their front door that they do not accept "service" from the agents of people who are trying to sue them?

They'll never get my business again.

i was driving along and this rock smashed and cracked my windsheild, i was really mad and didnt want to spend so much money on it. i called several glass shops and glass masters provided the best price. they gave me a great warranty and replaced my windshield in a short time. i recommend this for all your glass damage, great service too
