Wireless Wizard

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR PHONE!! I brought a phone in here to have a cracked iPhone screen replaced. This should have been a 20 minute job... After 1.5 hours with the phone, the guy Wireless Wizard guy informs me that he lost one of the screws, and begins trying to shove the wrong size screws in the iPhone housing... Not surprisingly, he stripped out the threads inside the phone; the phone, and was unable to put it back together properly. When he finished "fixing" the phone, he expected me to pay full price for the now broken phone. He told me " the threads were already stripped", " it stripped when I was taking the screw out", and finally " someone else obviously worked on it before and broke it". The vibrate function on the phone now makes a loud rattling sound, and I will need to drive 1.5 hours to bring it to the Apple store to have it properly fixed. I paid $110 for them to break it, and now I will have to pay an additional $150 to fix it.

After waiting 2.5 hours for my phone, and being forced to pay in order to get my broken phone back, I was locked in the mall. The mall had been closed for 45 minutes at this point. Eventually, I found a janitor that was able to let me out of a back entrance in the mall.

Wireless Wizard, please stick to selling phone cases and chargers, or quit hiring incompetent technicians.

My iPhone 6s plus was having screen problems and had a bent shell, so I took it to Wireless Wizard and they replaced the screen and shell for me with no problem and great prices, and a shell swap is a big job that requires high skill with iPhones especially. I am very pleased, and will be returning for all my cellular needs!
