Dog Gone Grooming

I have had nothing but exceptional service here. Julie has been caring and knowledgeable in taking care of my pets. I would highly recommend her. Also her rates are very reasonable.

My apologies. My mother has been experiencing some memory issues for some time now. And it is evident that it's only getting worse. She somehow mistakenly thought she took her dog to Dog Gone Grooming when indeed she had not. Her dog was at the Vet Clinic.

However, it was still extremely frustrating to leave several voice messages on Sat and Sun AND for my mother to have left notes on the door of this business only to get NO replies! And now a person from this business is calling me every morning at 7:30 a.m. local time. Really? Where were those calls when I was desperate to talk to someone at the business over the weekend? This whole thing would have been easily resolved without all of this misunderstanding and frustration had the owners been attentive to their voice mails on their business phone in the first place. Having said that, I do apologize for the misunderstanding on my part.
