Lucky Panda

Excellent Food!! But call before you go, They don't always keep their business hours they have posted. I have wasted my time and money more then once driving 15 miles to find them closed early. beware!

This is really good food. I really like the pork fried rice and the spinach rolls. All the waitresses I have had there in the past three years are really great. Owners are great too. I am glad to have this restaurant in this area.

overall this is a great place to eat! The food is amazing and always fresh! Also the owners are very friendly, there is only one negative thing i have to say about this restaurant. There is a waitress who works early afternoons and she seems very fake and snakey I always get a bad vibe from her!

I agree with the fact that it was better when first opened but recently has been really good. The only thing I have to complain about is I am never really sure of the hours. Sometimes they are open during the day then the next time I call there is no answer. So that is confusing to me but maybe I am missing the hours posted that says which days they do not open until evening. Over all the food is good, the owners are nice and we love having Lucky Panda in Clever.

For some reason, I get the feeling that both the reviews underneath were written from a extreme point of view. (Most likely the owners and their rivals) So I wanted to give a real review for this restaurant.



First things first, the food is mostly good. I mean, it's a Chinese restaurant. You have your hits and misses, but ultimately, you WILL find something you like. Although sometimes it takes a little while to get the food, in my opinion, most of them are worth it. Maybe not the best place "hands down", but it is pretty good.



As for me, I absolutely love the general chicken with the extra spicy option. I seriously think I've eaten this dish at least twice a week since it's opened.



In regards to quality, I have no idea what the hell the person below is talking about, but for me, I don't think the quality of the food has changed. Otherwise I wouldn't be going so consistently.



As for the customer service, I have a mixed opinion. The owners are pretty nice. They're not great with English, but they try to be friendly when they can. They mostly stay in the kitchen to cook, but they make an effort to say hello.



But I DO agree with what the person said below about one of their servers. The one with the big earring is pretty sketchy. It must be the earrings. haha



Overall: It's a solid Chinese restaurant and a welcome addition to Clever. Most of the foods are likable. One dish is amazing to me. People are generally nice with the exception of the hispanic server. Good place to have lunch and get dinners to-go. I'd give honestly give it 4.5 stars. But I decided to be kind with a five.

I loved this place when it first opened the food was great! Now that it has been open a while it has started to go down hill. We got food from there about 4 weeks and the chicken tasted like it was not cooked all the way, then we got it last week and the chicken was really big chuncks and didn't taste like it was cooked all the way. Wish they would go back to whatever they were doing when they first opened! Also they have messed up our orders the last 3 times we ordered from there. Then the girl with bif ear rings makes a big deal about it like your the one ripping them off when you make them aware of their mistake...
