Awesome doctors and staff! Great selection of glasses too. My appointment only took and hour but it seemed much shorter. Great help when it came to picking out my new glasses.

Waited 2hrs past my appointment to be seen not very professional. Not one associate let us know of any delays left my wife sitting in a examination room for over an hour.

Very friendy and professional service. The optical people always give free "tune-ups" and nose pads when I need them. They have very nice frames and they are honest about what styles look good on me. They never seem push anything on me. Dr. Platz is a fun doctor and always has a smile on her face. I always get a great exam here.

I have been a patient for over 15 years and am very happy with the care and service I receive at Crew Eye Center. The doctors are very knowledgeable. My father in law had surgery with Dr. Crew and I have seen Dr. Boss and Dr. Platz for my eyes. I have purchased contact lenses, eye glasses and even my sunglasses in their optical throughout the years. I really like that the staff helps me pick out the best pair for my face.

The eye Doctors are very good and that is why I gave them a star but as far as getting your glasses there, I will never do that again. My very first pair with them was my first pair of glasses ever and they were progressive bifocals. i knew up front this was going to be difficult and i kept going back having a lot of difficulty with the left eye and eventualy gave up, fugured it was just me untill a year has passed and I could get new glasses. My vision in my left eye was so blurry I thought there was something wrong with me and it was just my glasses. I had new glasses made, and you know these things are very expensive and they came in and wow I can see. it is great. I leave happy as a clam. After a couple day I realize My transitions are not there so back to crew I go and tell them and they put my glasses in this box and they say NO they are not there. They order new lenses and it will take 10 day to get them and then they will put them in and by the way not even an I'm sorry. I get the call there in, go get them put in, walk out the door and can tell that there changing and then get home and get out of the car and walk around the yard and notice my transitions are grey and I ordered brown..when I called to tell them they are grey instead of brown they actually asked me if I ordered brown because it said grey in the computer. I said yes I ordered brown, look at the invoice. i then told them I wanted my money back and was going some place else and they said FINE.told me my refund would be blank and I said that was incorect and she said the invoice had the incorrect amount on it and it was entered correctly into the computer . I cant wait to be done with them

The crew is always freindly and very helpful. When choosing frames they never seem to be in a hurry. Both my wife and I go there. Doc. run very close to schedule w/o rushing. Doc. are very knowledgable.
