Barkaritaville

Just picked up our Maltipoo in for a grooming. She looks great, and grooming was done quickly and professionally. Barkaritaville has gained a new, steady client.

DO NOT GET YOUR GROOMING DONE AT THIS PLACE! I brought my dog here and Cheryl groomed my dog. I sat and waited on this dirty, smelly couch until I realized it was infested with fleas. Cheryl did an awful job grooming, his hair was uneven, not shaved on his under belly or his rear end, a few nails were not trimmed. He had fleas on him too. I called to tell her I was not happy with the cut. She said she was going to mail me a check for half the money. I reluctantly agreed. It is 2 weeks later and I still have no check. She not only does a terrible grooming. She is also a lier. I was ripped off and lied to. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!

Fantastic experience! After having two so-so visits to the groomers in this area, I finally found these WONDERFUL people! FINALLY someone who knows how to groom a poodle! No cages dryers, and my dogs looked FANTASTIC. I'm a retired groomer, so I was skeptical, as I'm picky. I couldn't have done a better job myself! I will absolutely be back! Can't say enough great things about the staff! Thank you for two beautiful groomings in a very short amount of time!

I have always had a great experience with the staff at barkaritaville. Everyone has always been accommodating with regards to setting up appointments and also have been honest when they were not able to which is understanding and considerate to everyone needing to obtain their services. The price has been fair and the quality of the grooming of my two pets has always been to my satisfaction. The time they have given me of when my pets would be ready has always been very close to when they stated they would be don e. I am very happy and satisfied and wish them the best in continued business to the Beverly Hills community.

This is in reply to the review from Kathy M. I am Pj the owner of Barkaritaville Grooming. While looking back in our records there has never been anyone with 4 dogs or named Kathy who has had her dogs groomed at our shop. Our hours are 8-2. We are never open until 4:30.Our policy IS and has always been 1 1/2-2 hours per pet normally ,so a appt. for 4 dogs would not of been set for noon.As far as staff contracted in our shop ,I am not quite sure how that would be possible as all of our blades brushes and scissors, combs are cleaned multiply times per day. I would like for Kathy to contact me either in person or phone as there was never a message left with a complaint or asking to be called back. I would also like to know who the groomer was that supposedly did the grooming. She may just have us confused with another grooming shop in Beverly Hills Fl.

I would not bring my fur babies back here the worst place evere i brought my 4 dogs here had a 9.00 am apt was supposed to be done at 12 noon at 430 i went too pick them up and still not done when done it was not nice the cut one dog another dog had razor burns and the 3rd got staff and required vet care and on top of that their nails were to be cut and some were some were not i call and left my number several times and did not get calls back and i even went in and she was never there so ladies beware of this one stay clear away
