Took my Honda Civic there after accident. They obviously don't inspect the work they have done. Found several places where paint didn't fix damage or speck of sand was in paint. Left side/right side hood and cosmetic parts were not aliened like they should be. Went over their initial quote by over $1,600. Looks like they have zero quality control. I do NOT recommend!!!

These people are awesome. Friendly, courteous, professional, and patient. Answered all my questions. My car looks great!!

Took my car in for damage to driver side door. They fixed the dent in door but when i picked my car up, my radio, dome lights and everything electrical was not working. Everything in my car worked fine when i drove it there i made it about 5 miles from shop to my car completeling shutting off and having to get a tow to a mechanic. They failed to me that they ran my battery down and blew fuses and pretty sure messed up the electrial system in my car, instead of owning up for there misteaks they tried to put off on a remote start that i had installed 4 years ago and a fan being changed 5 months ago. which none of these are the cause. they never even asked for me to bring my car back in to look at it to fix there misteak thousands of dollars is what i will be out now all over them repairing a dent and removing my car door... Again i strongly advise you not go to this body shop unless you want to be screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they dont even deserve one star!

This place was recommended by our insurance company so I figured it would be a good place. My husband's truck was damaged from a storm. It took twice as long to fix as they quoted, and we also had to take his truck back three times because the work wasn't fully completed. Parts were left off or unhooked. We won't be back.

I am very pleased with their work and for having great repairs done besides the lifetime warranty on all repairs! Isn’t that great.

They are quick and efficient. The staff always answers my calls.

My insurance company recommended Car Craft when I had to get some weather-related damage repaired. The guys there were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly down to earth. Not only did they flawlessly repair the stuff I came in for, but they went out of their way to investigate a few of my concerns unrelated to the damage covered by the insurance. They even cleaned up some damage that had been done years ago from an accident and didn't tack any additional labor on my bill. They were fabulous and I'd recommend them to anyone living in the area. Even if you don't live too close, it's worth the drive for the excellent service!

I had a great experience here. A concrete post jumped out and scraped my car, so I need it fixed. Car Craft had an employee meet me at the shop after hours so that I could drop it off at a time convenient for me. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. They then gave me a menu of options for fixing the car with varying price ranges. I chose the cheapest one and I'm glad I did because the car looks perfect and the price was about half of what AutoMD predicted, saving me $500.

I am very satisfied with the work done. My paint job is nice and its the exact color I asked for.
