Wonder service and friendly staff. I will definitely send friends and family to Moore Nissan. And Joi Coke is the one I have to thank for my wonderful new Juke!!!

DO NOT use Moore Nissan!! These people bad mouth every other dealership in town, calling them crooks. The only crooks we found were them! They told us SIX different time "our deal was done" allowed us to drive off the lot TWICE in a new vehicle only to raise our down & monthly payments each time we went back! The salesman we dealt with tried to talk me into allowing the bank to repo my current vehicle & then decided the bank wouldn't allow that.... Ya think?!? Then, this same salesman proceeds to tell us how he is taking his son to the beach this weekend "but the boss man doesn't know it yet". Then proceeds to tell us "he guesses its time for another great aunt to die so he can call in". So guess what, he isn't there to finish our "done deal" which they start from scratch & raise everything for the FIFTH time. We told them NO THANKS & walked out! I recommend EVERYONE steer clear of these people & their crooked shady "deals"!

BUYERS BEWARE: Don't bother wasting your hard earned money at Moore Nissan in Bessemer, unless you bring a lawyer.



I bought a used car from Moore Nissan and was promised, in writing and without me asking, certain faulty items would be “replaced” IF I bought the car (Replace the battery because it was dead and replace the headlights because they held water when it rained). The battery was not replaced with a new battery. They installed an old, weak battery that I had to replace a few weeks later. When it died, Moore refused to swap the one they installed, claiming it was “not under warranty”.



The FIRST TIME I brought the car in, to have the headlights replaced, instead of replacing the headlights, they tried to fix the rain leakage with poor applications of red putty smeared over the top. When that didn’t work they piled on clear sealant and made a complete mess. The used car manager said, "If this doesn't fix the problem then we'll see about replacing the lights". It didn't fix the problem and the manager ignored my calls afterwards.



Another issue, when I purchased the car, there were factory rail covers on the engine. When I checked the oil, the morning I delivered it to Moore Nissan, the rail covers were there. When I picked the car up from Moore Nissan, the rail covers had disappeared. No one knew what could have happened. None of the managers would talk to me about the situation. Unfortunately, I can't prove that someone from Moore Nissan stole them but it's very suspicious. Again all calls ignored by managers.



While we were in the neighborhood, my girlfriend took it upon herself to go inside and attempt to have a civil conversation with the used car manager. While discussing the problems, the manager became very dismissive, rude, belligerent, defensive and even cursed her. He was heard blurting out, “We ain’t fixing SH*T on that car.” Moore Nissan claims they “have a strict privacy policy”, yet the used car manager had no problem loudly broadcasting every misrepresented detail about my transaction to her (or any customer within earshot). The manager was also heard calling me every disparaging name he could think of.



Moore Nissan could have offered an AS IS warranty, but they didn’t. If a sales-person promised something they shouldn’t have, Moore could have come to me and tried to work something out, but they didn’t. The owner was asked to at least apologize to my girlfriend for his manager cursing her, but he refused. It's bad enough the dealer broke a written promise; It's very bad the rail covers were stolen while at the dealership; but to cowardly stoop to bullying a woman because she dared ask a few questions, instead of facing me like a man, is low indeed.



Nissan USA stated, “We have no control over what Nissan dealers do, or say”. With that statement, I wouldn’t trust Moore Nissan, nor Nissan USA, to sit the right way on a toilet seat. Much less give an honest sale or quality service. Since this incident, people have told me of the many problems they have had with Moore Nissan and their low quality Nissan cars. I wish I'd have known this before I bought my car from them. I will NEVER purchase a Nissan and encourage others to do the same.
