Pella Windows

I was not at all satisfied with the service from Pella. It has taken multiple visits over about 4 months to get the door properly and completely installed. After waiting 8 weeks the door was delivered without the screen. it took a month to rescheduled only to find that the screen didn't have a track. Another month to reschedule. At no time did anyone from Pella pick up the phone to let me know what was going on. The customer service was non existent. Everyone quite friendly but unable to deliver good service. No one took responsibility or even bothered to proactively call or return my phone calls.
