Taco Bell

I was mistakenly charged $1.20 to "supreme" my order which I did not want. The order taker apologized and went to get his manager. After some time, when the manager finally came, the first thing she tells me is to give her back the tacos. I was surprised and taken aback! instead of apologizing for the mistake she treated me like I was bothering her. I proceeded to tell her what went wrong. After waiting for some time, she gives me .76 cents. I told her she owed me $1.20 plus tax which it clearly stated on my receipt that was the amount I was overcharged. I asked for my receipt back and showed her the one item that showed I was charged $1.20. This woman refused to admit she was wrong even when her employees told her that how she was calculating it was wrong. She finally had one of her employees give me the $1.20 BUT NOT the tax I paid for it.

I didn't care about the $1.20 and tax. The whole point was that this INCOMPETENT manager kept arguing with me about the stupid mistake that they made instead if apologizing for it!!! And when I asked for them to refund me the tax, she threatened to call the police!

Really??!!! That is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and over a measly $1.20 plus tax. Needless to say I never got the tax back BUT TACO BELL HAS LOST A CUSTOMER WHO's kids loved it and often requested to eat there....NOT ANYMORE.

TACO BELL YOU NEED TO HIRE COMPETENT managers who have some common sense and have at least a small amount of customer service savvy....otherwise you're going to lose a lot of market share.
