I am the lady with the control that was replaced by GTO....I would not agree that my car is 90% rust...But I will agree that they have more than made up for my previous issues.
Since they are walking distance to my home and my work schedule is late during the week I came to them again today for replacing outer tie rods and links. Juan the owner even put my car on the lift afterwards so I could see the new shiny parts and gave me info on my check engine light. Not sure why there was a disconnect before, but my faith is renewed. I suggest with any service center ask alot of questions before and after.

Came in for a flat front passenger tire due to hitting a curb. I was sold 2 front tires. one was put on with the inside facing leading me to believe it is on incorrect. Due to my lack of mechanical knowledge I asked if I could have done any other damage to my vehicle. Without putting my car on a lift I was told that I was fine. The next day after traveling several miles on the expressway at speeds of 55. Just a few minutes after exiting the expressway my front control arm snapped causing my wheel to rest against the frame. It was by sheer luck I was on a side street at low speeds. If I had been on the expressway the result would have been deadly for myself and others. I have contacted GTO several times and the owner Juan has not returned any calls or been at the shop and any time that I called or came in. Do not trust the safety of your vehicle or yourself on this shop. I would also like to say the employees appeared to find the situation amusing.

Went in To replace ball joints ended up getting control arms and ball joints. No alignment included in what I paid. Went to several other shops that quoted a lower total cost that included the alignment. When I told gto about it they basically said too bad your up a creek without a paddle. I would have went to the other shops if I would have been quoted the right price and parts before my car was I drivable in gtos garage.
